Orbit is a food-logging app that tracks nutrient intake against goals you set. Default goals reference public guidelines (for example the 2,300 mg sodium line used by the American Heart Association and the Dietary Guidelines, and the 28 g fiber Daily Value). Orbit does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dietitian. Nutrient values come from USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts and product labels and can be incomplete or out of date.
Orbit Pro
Orbit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store: yearly (with a free trial for new subscribers) or monthly, and occasionally a yearly offer. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you don't cancel before then. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
Licence
Use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your data
Your log stays on your device; see the privacy policy. You are responsible for backups (Settings › Export).

Food data: USDA FoodData Central (public domain). Branded foods: Open Food Facts, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Brand names in the caffeine table identify products only; Orbit is not affiliated with USDA, Open Food Facts or any brand.
