A food is missing

The offline database is USDA's, so it has generic foods ("chicken breast, roasted") rather than brands. For a packaged product, scan its barcode or tap "Search branded foods online". If it is still missing, use Quick add with the number on the label, and send the product name through Settings › Message the developer.

A number looks wrong

Values are per serving of the portion you picked; check the portion chips on the food page. Branded values come from the label as entered on Open Food Facts or USDA and can be incomplete — a missing row means the label didn't say.

Apple Health isn't updating

Writing to Health is a Pro feature and is off until you turn it on in Settings › Apple Health. Reading is granted in the Health app under Sharing › Apps › Orbit.

Subscriptions, trials and refunds

Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Before a free trial converts, Orbit sends a reminder two days ahead with the exact amount and date. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase on a new phone, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.

Reminders

Orbit only ever sends the 8 pm closer, a culprit line when a ring is blown (once a day at most), a Sunday report, and the trial heads-up — and nothing on days you didn't log. Turn them off in Settings › Reminders.

Delete my data

Settings › Your data › Erase everything on this phone. There is no copy anywhere else.
